Description: Job Title: Metal Polisher
Location: St Charles
Shift and hours: 1st, 7am-3:30pm
Starting Pay: $20

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Metal Polisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with stroke sanders and the ability to polish metal parts.
Key Responsibilities
Operate stroke sanders and related polishing equipment safely and effectively
Polish and finish metal parts to a consistent finish.
Inspect finished parts for quality, consistency, and accuracy
Follow production schedules and meet required deadlines
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area
Follow all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:
Experience using stroke sanders and working in a fabrication or manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of metal polishing techniques
Ability to achieve #4 finish and food-grade quality
Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
Ability to stand, lift, and work with hands-on tasks for extended periods
Steel toe boots required
