Total Staffing Solutions, powered by Total Talent Resources is hiring several Bilingual Warehouse Administrators for immediate openings in Joliet, IL. This is a performance-to-hire opportunity with long-term growth potential.

Available Shifts/Pay:

Tuesday Friday | 7:00 AM 5:30 PM, $20.00/Hr.

Saturday Monday | 7:00 AM 8:30 PM, $21.00/Hr.

We are seeking organized, detail-oriented, and fast-learning candidates with warehouse and computer experience.

Responsibilities:

Enter and maintain warehouse data accurately

Track inventory, shipments, and warehouse activity

Process documentation and update system records

Support order processing and reporting

Communicate with warehouse staff and leadership

Perform general administrative and clerical duties

Maintain organized warehouse records

Requirements:

Warehouse experience required

Basic computer skills required

Fast learner with strong attention to detail

Able to understand, read, and speak English

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Reliable attendance and transportation

Comfortable in a fast-paced warehouse environment
