Description: Pay: $25-27/HR 4 month Project 8am-4:30pm coordinating all recruiting logistics including scheduling interviews; consulting with internal support staff; arranging on-and off-site video conferences; confirming meetings with candidates; Distribute interview-related documentation to all parties in advance of interviews and prepare offer letters for selected candidate(s). Job Bids- manage the internal job bidding process from start to finish-Posting positions internally and ensuring all applicants have been interviewed. Follow through with the promotion offer for employee awarded position Serve as Human Resources subject matter expert for WORKDAY and Indeed recruiting systems. Administer all components of the background check process (including I-9) and work closely with candidates and vendors to resolve any outstanding pieces Manage the onboarding process for new hires while providing the highest level of customer service Assist in candidate sourcing for Bolingbrook as needed Conduct initial set-up for new hires to gain access to the company s HRIS system Assist new hires in setting up their profile using the Pulse portal Notify IT of required system access, email, phones, computers, etc. Temporary employee 4-month period. Tracking payments due for Welcome and Referral bonuses Assigning lockers and key cards Off-boarding: Disable employee key cards from building access Contact appropriate groups to remove all system access Assist HR Manager as witness/translator to termination calls Remove and place employee file and I-9 s in appropriate termination storage. Employee Relations: Interpret and explain company policies and procedures to employees Provide translation for company-wide meetings and when employees need to speak with non bi-lingual Managers. Understand the importance of confidentiality with all employee related issues
