High-end luxury company is hiring an Ecommerce Customer Service Assistant who will be responsible for processing all orders. This company is a family-owned, Spanish luxury skincare company serving professionals and consumers worldwide since 1979. The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for driving and managing day-to-day activities to meet daily operations goals with a customer service mindset. Works collaboratively with the Customer Service team to review and inform any issues arising from all order submissions with internal and external partners. The Customer Service Specialist must ensure compliance with all company processing procedures and uphold excellent standards while maintaining service levels utilizing cost-effective resources.
Manages order processing for multi-channel(s) and any given task simultaneously and executes them promptly and cost-effectively.
Communicate with the customer service and warehouse teams about order(s) status-related shipments, out-of-stocks, price change changes, material availability, processing flow instructions, and arrival dates for orders.
Communicates order discrepancies out of stocks, delays, or any order-related issue to the CS team members, AE, and pertinent commercial management team member(s).
Continually looks for opportunities to drive efficiencies in order management practices.
Act as liaison to multi-channel(s) cross-functional partners in all areas relating to meeting daily operations shipping and sales goals.
Ensures all programs are managed and executed promptly and cost-effectively, adhering to company shipping timeframes, guidelines, and company policies.
Ensures cross-functional internal and external partners are informed on the status of all programs and related order allocations, shipment delays, out-of-stocks, price changes, and material availability.
Work closely with the on-site Warehouse team to ensure effective communication with the submission of orders and assist in problem-solving.
Support month-end closing, i.e., invoicing, shipments, coding, corrections, research and analysis, and auditing according to company guidelines.
EDI Processing import and export orders, transmit 856's, 810 via Truecommerce(EDI System).
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
3-4 years experience in Customer Service Distribution Operations, Order Management, or related field.
Associate degree in Business or related field required.
Excellent excel skills. Ability to use computer systems necessary to meet department objectives, including Excel, Word, ERP, and EDI.
Logistics experience, i.e., order processing, warehouse processes, material handling, order fulfillment, inventory management
