Description: Job Title: Order Picker (RF Scanner) Location: Carol Stream, IL Schedule: Monday Friday, 10:00 AM 6:30 PM OT Mandatory Pay Rate: $18.85 per hour Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Pickers and Packers to join our warehouse team in Carol Stream. This position is responsible for accurately selecting, scanning, and preparing customer orders using an RF scanner in a fast-paced distribution environment. Key Responsibilities Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently Use an RF scanner to locate and verify products Ensure correct quantities and items are selected Prepare orders for shipment according to company standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures Assist with inventory counts and quality checks as needed Qualifications Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred Experience using an RF scanner required Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and accuracy Dependable with good attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Competitive pay at $18.85/hour Steady Monday Friday schedule (no weekends) Performance to Hire Medical, Dental, Vision, IL Paid Leave Opportunity to grow within the company PPE: Vest provided by client.
