Press Operator 2nd Shift

Location: Bloomingdale, IL
Pay: $20 $24/hr

Join a global manufacturer of stamped and welded components with operations across North America, Europe, and Asia. This is a great opportunity for mechanically inclined individuals looking to grow in a stable, fast-paced production environment.

Position Overview
Operate and monitor press equipment while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met. Ideal for hands-on candidates who enjoy working with tools and machinery.

What You ll Do

• Operate press machines and monitor production

• Make basic adjustments and troubleshoot minor issues

• Inspect parts and identify defects or irregularities

• Report equipment or quality concerns

• Maintain a clean, safe workspace

• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

Schedule

• 2nd Shift: 5:00 PM 1:45 AM

• Flexibility required up to 4:30 AM and occasional Saturdays

• Training on 1st Shift (6:00 AM 2:45 PM) for 4 6 weeks

What We re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience (automotive or machinery a plus)

• Comfortable making minor adjustments and troubleshooting

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work safely and stay focused in a fast-paced setting

• Reliable, coachable, and eager to grow
