Location: arlington, TX 76011

Pay Rate: $15.25/hr

Shift: 3rd Shift

Description: Purpose and Scope Perform wide range of inspection tasks visual, tactile, audio; may include re-packing activities. To inspect critical parts on a regular basis ensuring the prompt reaction in case of supplier issues detected. To immediately start the containment process to segregate defective parts and support countermeasures to re-establish the regular logistic flow as soon as possible. Responsibilities Inspection and validation of customer parts Follow prescribed work instructions Rework Re-packing Main tasks also include: a. Daily coordination & investigation of rejected material. b. Maintaining and recording associated concern and costs c. Reporting daily results to supervisor. d. Follow SQDCM and 5S policies. Organizational Relationship Member of Operations Organization. May be directed by leadership member of Operations Organization (e.g. Field Administrator, Supervisor) Job Requirements A. Body of Knowledge Must understand English B. Technical Requirements Must read/write English Ability to interpret written work instructions C. Experience Inspection experience preferred Must be willing to travel Must be willing to work different shifts Must be willing to work overtime Competencies 1. Follow instructions with no deviation 2. Excellent hand/eye coordination 3. Ability to effectively communicate concerns 4. Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication) 5. Must be able to stand 8-12hrs per working shift. 6. Must have good hearing 7. Must have good vision 8.
