Job Summary

Total Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Production Technician to join our Manufacturing Team. The Production Technician will be part of a key part of a team responsible for Producing, Packaging, and Shipping products. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, experience with production processes, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow production plans and standard operating procedures

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, including hand and power tools

• Conduct tests on finished products to ensure they meet quality and performance standards
  Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment and machinery as needed

• Work collaboratively with other technicians, engineers, and production personnel to ensure efficient production processes

• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1-3 years of experience in a production environment

• Strong mechanical aptitude

• Good communication skills and the ability to Read, write & speak English fluently

• A willingness to learn from others

• Experience with hand and power tools

• Experience operating a forklift

• Detail-oriented and organized with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment .
  Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in process manufacturing

• Current Commercial Driver's License
