Job Summary

We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Production Workers to join our team in Lakeland, FL. As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for the production of wheels in a very hot environment. This position requires the ability to work with fractions (math) and the availability to work on the 1st shift. Steel toe boots are required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and tools to produce high-quality wheels.

• Work efficiently in a demanding and hot production environment.

• Follow safety guidelines and wear steel toe boots at all times.

• Perform accurate measurements and calculations with fractions as required.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with fractions and perform basic math calculations.

• Comfortable working in a very hot production environment.

• Steel toe boots are required (employee must provide own).

• Good attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing setting is preferred but not required.
