Job Title 1st Shift CMM Operator/Inspector

Job Location Bartlett, IL

Job Shift 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM (Monday through Friday)

Pay Rate +$17.00 per hour (or more depending on experience negotiable)

Job Type Temp to Hire

Job Purpose: Responsible for control of monitoring, measuring and initial inspection of parts at various stages of production.

Essential Functions:

1. Perform dimensional measurements on the CMM machine. 2. Create, execute, and run programs on the CMM machine. 3. Inspect, calibrate, and confirm gauges and fixtures are calibrated. 4. Records analyze and evaluate SPC data. 5. Perform gage repeatability and reproducibility (GRR) studies as needed. 6. Any other task(s) that may be assigned.

1. Effectively communicate product quality requirements. 2. Support, comply and ensure complicity of: a. All company policies, procedures, and requirements b. Health and Safety regulations c. Quality Management Standards (IATF 16949:2016) d. Environmental Management Standards (ISO 14001:2015) Education, Experience and Competencies 1. High school education and college is preferred. 2. Prior experience in quality control is preferred. 3. Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints. 4. Interpersonal and organizational skills. Must be levelheaded and able work with others. Reports To: Quality Engineer
