Job Position: Screen Printer

Location: Carol Stream,IL60188

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

Shift: first shift 7:00am- 4:30pm

Screen Printer Job Description

Requirements & Skills

• Strong attention to detail and accurate color matching

• Quick learner with good work habits and reliability

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and move around machinery

• Comfortable with frequent bending, twisting, and standing

Primary Responsibilities

• Learn and operate screen-printing processes under supervision

• Set up screens, align frames, and prepare materials for each job

• Mix and match inks to ensure accurate color reproduction

• Run print jobs of varying sizes, maintaining quality standards

• Clean screens and maintain an organized, safe workspace

• Read job instructions and use basic computer systems

• Collaborate with the Printing Manager and team to improve skills

Work Environment

• Exposure to paints, inks, solvents, and strong odors that may cause irritation or allergic reactions

• Willingness to learn and improve daily

• Strong work ethic and adaptability

• Perform other duties as assigned

• Wear durable clothing that can get dirty (no holes)
