Description: Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Pick/Packer & Delivery Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing orders, packing items with care and precision, and making deliveries to various client locations using a box truck. Key Responsibilities: Accurately pick and pack orders, ensuring items are correctly packed and labeled for delivery. Safely operate a box truck to transport products to client locations. Load and unload products from the truck, ensuring safe handling of all items. Verify delivery addresses and obtain necessary signatures for proof of delivery. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring packing materials and supplies are well-stocked. Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns. Assist with inventory management as needed. Perform regular vehicle inspections and ensure the truck is well-maintained. Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and procedures. Qualifications: Previous experience in a pick/packer or delivery role is a plus. Must have the ability to safely operate a box truck and possess a valid driver s license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check. Must be able to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs). Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Flexible and adaptable to changing tasks and priorities. Benefits: Competitive hourly wage.
