Job Title 2nd Shift Process Technician

Job Location Bartlett, IL Job Shift 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM (Monday through Friday)

Pay Rate +$20.00 per hour (or more depending on experience negotiable)

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible to ensure all the molding machines are running within the correct processing parameters. Will communicate with the previous shift regarding issues during their shift. Startup molding machines and ensure they are producing conforming parts. Adjust processing parameters as needed. Setup molds on an as needed basis. Submit downtime reports in IQMS. Submit work orders in IQMS. Complete all necessary documentation. Assist in developing or modifying existing processes to increase efficiency.

Additional Responsibilities Assist with shift supervisory duties when necessary Provide training to new technicians. Capable of lifting, moving, pushing and/or pulling up to 55 lbs. Compliance and understanding of ISO 14001:2015 by participating in the annual EMS training on environmental aspects and their impacts. Compliance and understanding of IATF-16949 by participating in the annual training. Compliance and understanding of safety rules and regulations by participating in annual training.

Job Requirements: Required to stand and walk throughout the entire shift. High School Diploma is preferred. Prior experience is required Moderate verbal, written and computer skills Good interpersonal skills Must be levelheaded and able work with others. Safety Equipment: Business casual, long pants, no shorts or sleeveless tops Face mask Safety video and sexual harassment video / National background check 5 panel drug test
