Position: Turret Forklift Operator (Spanish/English)
Location: Romeoville, IL
Pay: $19.50/hour
Shift: Monday Friday | 7:00 AM 3:30 PM & Saturday | 7:00 AM 11:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Turret Electric Raymond forklift.

• Pick orders at height in narrow-aisle racking systems.

• Put away inventory in designated high-bay locations.

• Move and rotate pallets within narrow aisles with precision.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure items are stored properly.

• Restock racks based on inventory levels and system instructions.

• Shrink-wrap and stage pallets for shipment or storage.

• Inspect incoming materials and verify quantities and condition.

• Keep assigned work areas clean and organized.

• Assist with general warehouse duties when not operating the forklift.

Requirements

• Proven experience operating a Turret forklift; Electric Raymond experience preferred.

• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.

• Comfortable working at heights and navigating narrow aisles.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when picking orders.

• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.

• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

• Willing to assist with warehouse upkeep and other departments as needed.

• Spanish/English bilingual skills required.
