Job Position: Stock Room clerk

Location: North Aurora,IL60542

Pay Rate: $17.00-$18.50/hr depending on experience

Shift: First, 5AM -1:30 PM some weekends are mandatory

Job Responsibilities:
o Receives and stores all materials in proper locations
o Receives materials into ERP system
o Maintains cleanliness and organization of all material locations
o Picks raw materials, consumables and safety supplies for manufacturing team
o Picks and stages materials for outgoing projects
o Transfer inventory between locations
o Investigates discrepancies between ERP system and inventory counts
o Perform cycle counting
o Participates in yearly inventory

Job Requirements:
o Must be eligible to work in the US, pass E-verify
o Must be willing to submit to background check- county.
o Must be willing to submit to a 10- panel drug screen.
o Strong customer service skills.
o Visual ERP software knowledge (preferred however not required, if not Visual, experience with using an ERP system)
o Maintains appropriate levels of optimism and enthusiasm.
o Exhibits Proactive nature in day-to-day activities.
o High level of pride in one s work
o Demonstrates a sense of urgency.
o Demonstrated interpersonal skills and customer focus approach.
o Strong written and verbal communication skills.
o Uses a clear, professional, and concise communication style, listens well, does not interrupt others.
o Ability to work in a fast paced and high-volume environment.
o Bi-Lingual English & Spanish a plus but not required.
