Pay Rate: Starting at $18.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift (5:00 AM 2:30 PM; flexibility required for earlier start times and overtime)
First Day Start Time: 7:00 AM

Job Description:
We are seeking reliable General Labor associates to support general manufacturing operations. This role involves working with tools, machinery, and materials in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate power tools and machinery as needed

• Use tape measures and read basic drawings or instructions

• Follow supervisor directions to complete assigned manual labor tasks

• Move throughout the warehouse to support daily operations

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements

Requirements:

• Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen

• Ability to meet physical demands, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds

• Good hand-eye coordination

• Familiarity with power tools and machinery preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Commitment to workplace safety

Safety Equipment (PPE):

• Steel-toe shoes (required)

• Face shield (provided)

• Safety glasses (provided)

• Gloves (provided)

Dress Code:

• No shorts

• No sleeveless shirts

• No ripped pants

• No sweatpants
