We are seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate responsible for coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting warehouse and production operations.

Shipping & Receiving Associate Responsibilities:

Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
Verify shipment contents and inspect materials for damages
Prepare products for shipping and stage materials for production
Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records
Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed
Organize warehouse inventory and maintain clean storage areas
Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure efficient workflow
Follow safety procedures and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
Assist with cycle counts and inventory tracking
Report food safety and food quality concerns to authorized personnel immediately

Shipping & Receiving Associate Requirements:

Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred
Forklift experience preferred
Basic computer, math, and documentation skills required
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment

Full-length pants required (no shorts)
No tank tops, crop tops, cut-off shirts, or t-shirts
No earrings, necklaces, or facial piercings
Only plain wedding bands allowed (no stones)
No fake eyelashes, fake nails, or nail polish
No food or drinks allowed on the production floor
Water bottles and water coolers are provided onsite
