Job Position: Warehouse Receiving Coordinator

Location: Batavia, IL 60510

Description: **Warehouse & Receiving Coordinator (2nd Shift)**
**Pay:** $23.00 $23.75/hour + $1.00/hour shift differential
**Shift:** 2:00 PM 10:30 PM *(Training will be conducted on 1st shift.)*
**Reports To:** Warehouse & Logistics Manager

Position Summary:

The Warehouse & Receiving Coordinator is responsible for receiving, processing, storing, and replenishing inventory to support warehouse, production, and order fulfillment operations. This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and safe material handling practices.

Key Responsibilities:

* Receive, unload, inspect, and process incoming shipments.
* Verify quantities, identify discrepancies, and report issues.
* Put away inventory accurately and maintain organized storage locations.
* Replenish warehouse racks and production areas with materials and products.
* Create and process handling units according to company procedures.
* Perform inventory movements physically and within the inventory management system.
* Ensure products are properly labeled, rotated, and stored.
* Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently.
* Assist with picking, packing, shipping, production support, and other warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications:

* Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience.
* Forklift certification required with at least 2 years of sit-down forklift experience.
* Basic computer, data entry, and math skills.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a team environment.
* Good communication skills and ability to read and write in English.
* Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures.

Physical Requirements:

* Regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
* Frequent bending, kneeling, stooping, twisting, and standing for extended periods.
