Shift: 2nd 12PM-830PM

Description: Warehouse Associate Mail Sorting & Tote Unloading

Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join our team in Franklin Park, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for unloading totes, sorting mail and packages, and preparing shipments for distribution in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Essential Responsibilities
Unload totes containing mail and packages from conveyors, carts, or trailers.
Sort mail, parcels, and packages by route, destination, or delivery zone.
Scan packages using handheld RF scanners when required.
Ensure packages are handled carefully to prevent damage.
Organize and stage sorted mail for outbound distribution.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous warehouse, distribution, or mail sorting experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the entire shift.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
Stand and walk for 8 10 hour shifts.
Perform repetitive reaching, bending, twisting, and lifting.
Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
