Description: Aluminum Welder 1st Shift Location: Elk Grove Village, IL Pay: $22/hr (Based on Experience) Schedule: Monday Friday 1st Shift: 4:00 AM 12:30 PM, Must be available to work Overtime. A growing industrial radiator manufacturing company in Elk Grove Village is seeking an experienced Aluminum Welder to join their 1st shift team. This position requires strong welding skills and the ability to work in a manufacturing environment building custom industrial radiator products. Responsibilities: Perform aluminum welding on industrial radiator components and assemblies Set up and operate welding equipment according to job specifications Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding instructions Perform quality inspections on completed welds Maintain a clean and safe work area Work with various hand tools and measuring equipment Follow all safety and production guidelines Requirements: Previous aluminum welding experience required MIG/TIG welding experience preferred Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment Ability to read blueprints is a plus Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Steel toe shoes required Safety glasses required Ear plugs required Associate can report any hazards and concerns to the Illinois Department of Labor by call the Department s Day and Temporary Labor Services Act toll-free hotline at 1-877-314-7052 or email at DOL.DayLabor@illinois.gov Total Talent Resources and QFS does not provide any transportation resources or meals for our associates during any assignments.
