Entry-Level Welder (MIG)

Location: North Aurora, IL
Pay: $20.00/hr
Shift: 1st (5:00 AM 1:30 PM)

Start your welding career with hands-on training and growth opportunities. We re looking for a motivated entry-level welder ready to learn and build skills in a supportive team environment.

What You ll Do

• Perform MIG welding on a variety of components

• Read blueprints and measurements to plan layouts

• Set up materials and equipment for welding

• Cut and prepare parts using saws and grinders

• Align and clamp components for accurate welding

• Inspect finished welds for quality and consistency

• Assist with basic equipment maintenance and repairs

What We re Looking For

• Interest in welding or prior entry-level experience

• Ability to read measurements and follow instructions

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

• Team-oriented with a good work ethic

Safety & Equipment

• Steel-toe shoes required

• PPE provided: face shield, safety glasses, gloves
